ZDNet: PeopleSoft acquires e-learning companyPeopleSoft said Wednesday that it has bought Teamscape, a developer of employee training software. Teamscape, a private company based in Burlingame, Calif., has 11 employees, who will all join PeopleSoft in the acquisition. Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
