Gary Klein's new book, Working Minds, is out. Co-written with Beth Crandall and Robert Hoffman, this book focuses on methods used in cognitive task analysis. I had the privilege of reading two draft chapters a few months ago -- concept mapping and critical decision method -- and if the chapters are anything to go by, this book is going to be a must read for designers and managers alike. I've ordered my copy!
