WIRED: When Text Messaging Turns UglyThe NCH survey indicates that mobile phones appear to be the most common medium for bullying, with 16 percent of young people saying they'd received bullying or threatening text messages, followed by 7 percent who had been harassed in Internet chat rooms and 4 percent by e-mail. The charity set up the NCH IT OK website to help tackle the problem.
