First, there must be a vision that links with the organisation objectives and strategies. Second, people must be aligned with that vision and third, the alignment must be from the top down and all across the organisation. In fact, it is the process, which organisations gain value through their knowledge-based assets. Managing knowledge is a multidimensional process. It requires the effective concurrent management of four domains, which are content, culture, process and infrastructure.
