The Ethnographic Observations Have Begun
Nice to see ethnographic studies being done for online learning projects. The practice-oriented methods of search-inquire-observe (from Garvin's Learning in Action) really do help in uncovering real world issues that are usually missed out in traditional forms of training needs analyses.
