John Hagel: What’s really new in Web 2.0?
John Hagel has come up with a good list of factors that 'really' differentiate Web 2.0 from Web 1.0.:So, in the spirit of entering the conversation, let me suggest that Web 2.0 ultimately refers to "an emerging network-centric platform to support distributed, collaborative and cumulative creation by its users."
