Interactive Decision Objects
Here's something that I did with two friends almost two years ago. Interactive Decision Objects are interactive decision making frameworks. They are designed to be used in a collaborative setting with the sole aim of getting things done: be it making strategy decisions, exploring information management choices, analyzing cultural differences, etc. You can download the demo kit and play with the five IDOs we've created.
