Fairfax IT: Employees want more training, survey findsThe survey by online employment company monster.com.au, revealed that 36 per cent of workers saw additional technical training as necessary to boost their careers. Thirtyfour per cent felt better training in people management skills would help and 12 per cent said financial training would be the biggest boost to their careers.
