Experience-Enabling Design: An approach to elearning design
My friends Venkat and Ravi have written an in-depth and thought provoking article on what they refer to as experience-enabling design in elearning. They contend that elearning design has to move beyond just providing functional learning and start providing a more holistic and memorable experience.
