Guess e-learning has to become strategic in a country where being online is an essential part of everyday life. "Under the law, representatives from the eight ministries, including the MOCIE, the Ministry of Human Resources & Education, the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Ministry of Planning and Budget, will set up a committee for the e-learning industry development.
