Competitive Analysis – A Visual Approach
Recently, I had the opportunity to try out a different approach to competitive analysis. I could have gone ahead with the thorough, and maybe proper, approach outlined by Jason Withrow in Boxes and Arrows. But I just finished reading David Straker's book, Rapid Problem Solving with Post-It Notes, and participated in few Open Space sessions and they inspired me to try a more visual, discussion-based approach. So here's a brief article on what we did.
